Stephanie is the Practice Manager of Subiaco Dental Practice, and has 10 years' experience across practice management and dental nursing. With a strong client focus approach, Stephanie ensures that the client needs are met first and foremost, with no request too large or too small. Having completed a Certificate III in Dental Assisting, Stephanie has an in-depth clinical knowledge and plays a critical role across practice operations

Emma has over 10 years of executive administrative experience across Tourism, Private Sector and Government. Her corporate knowledge and skills are transferrable, which enables Emma to have the confidence to hit the ground running in most of the roles I have undertaken. She seeks out opportunities to build on my development and skills to remain up to date with changing priorities particularly around policies and procedures. Emma has a high level of resilience and her colleagues have a lot of trust in her and my work ethics, which often enables them to talk to me and seek guidance and advice to manage complex situations

Nicole Feeley

Nicole Feeley has been working at GHD since 2016. Nicole works across the whole of the WA business and primarily provides administration and business process support to over 110 people in the Environment and Resources Engineering teams. Nicole’s role is varied and includes cost control, logistics, document control and assisting in project management. Nicole is also involved in a number of large projects, where she has undertaken specific roles such as community liaison and provides invaluable support to the project team

Leanne Dempsey

Practice Administration, Mill Point Medical, Perth

This career path chose Leanne Dempsey it was not one she would necessarily pick for herself. You can be confronted by very seriously and challenging situations daily. She trys and shows grace, patience and kindness in those moments. It gives her a chance to have a positive outcome and to not take things personally. It still is the biggest learning curve and struggle but it makes her more determined to let people know they are special and they will always be greeted with a smile at their doctors surgery

About the "Award"

At the AIOP National AGM in October 2021 the National President announced the “Award” is open for Nominations.

The Australian Institute of Office Professionals (AIOP) is the only national professional association for office and administrative professionals in Australia with Divisions in every state and territory.

The AIOP Administrative Award of Excellence 2022 in association with Drake International aims to support, develop and recognise excellence in best practice across Australia.

Categories of Nomination

Nominations are open to AIOP Members and Non-members under the following categories:

    • Office Administrator (10 years and over) and
    • Rising Star (up to 10 years) experience.

Who can nominate?

    • Dedicated individuals who strive to excel and further develop themselves in their role as an administrative professional can nominate.
    • Nominees must be employed as an administrative/office professional.
    • Nominees must work and reside in Australia.
