You can be confronted by very seriously and challenging situations daily. She trys and shows grace, patience and kindness in those moments. It gives her a chance to have a positive outcome and to not take things personally. It still is the biggest learning curve and struggle but it makes her more determined to let people know they are special and they will always be greeted with a smile at their doctors surgery |
