Executive Assistant/Board Secretary Executive Assistant/ Board Secretary, New Zealand National Fieldays Society.  Dee Holmes is an enrolled Barrister & Solicitor, Ministry of Justice, New Zealand. A member of the Institute of Directors, New Zealand. Member of AdmiNZ. Dee was appointed as the World Administrators Alliance Secretary (November 2022).

Dee Holmes is a former lawyer turned highly skilled administrative professional.  After 10 years in the legal profession, Dee made the career change to the dual role of Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board Secretary of a not-for-profit organisation.

In this presentation, Dee will present about what it truly means to find career contentment.  This means knowing your true value and worth, being able to resist temptation to return to what you know best and recognise the possibilities for the future.
