This edition’s theme is “The Art of Effective Communication” which covers many areas such as non-verbal communication, or active listening, clarity of the message and/or how to handle difficult conversations.

We are excited to announce that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Saturday 5 October. Many of our Board members and Division Presidents have committed to serving another year, dedicated to our members. I want to express my gratitude to these members and Division Presidents for their hard work.

I am also pleased to announce my commitment to another year of service as the National President. I look forward to the changes we are planning for 2025, which I am calling the Year of Engagement. One of our main aims for 2025 will be engagement with members, through networking and education.
