The Australian Institute of Office Professionals (AIOP) is delighted to announce the AIOP Administrative Award of Excellence 2025 presented in partnership with The Career Academy. This prestigious award celebrates the outstanding achievements of office professionals who demonstrate excellence, leadership, and commitment to the profession.

As the only national professional association for office professionals in Australia, AIOP recognises the vital role that office professionals play in driving organisational success. The Award 2025 seeks to acknowledge individuals who go above and beyond in their roles, displaying exceptional skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for continuous learning.

In partnering with The Career Academy, AIOP aims to highlight the value of professional development and education for office professionals. The Career Academy, known for its comprehensive online training programs, supports upskilling in areas e.g. business administration, leadership, and technology—empowering award recipients to achieve new heights in their careers.

The Award Winners 2025 of the Office Professional and Aspiring Office Professional categories will be announced on AIOP Office Professionals Day on Friday 2 May 2025 at venues to be announced in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide and online and the winners will become Ambassadors in 2025. 

Categories of Nomination

The Office Professional (over 10 years office experience) and Aspiring Office Professional (up to 10 years office experience).

Nomination Guidelines

The candidates are either an executive assistant, administrative assistant, account manager, receptionist, customer service representative, executive support, or administrative support professionals or any of the titles under the role of the 'Office Professional' and 'Aspiring Office Professional'.

Nominees may self-nominate or be nominated for the Award 2025. International members and non-members working for an Australian company overseas, may nominate for the Award 2025. (Proof of location/name of company to be supplied on nomination).

Nominate for the Award 2025 from 1 November 2024.
