The World Administrators Alliance
The World Administrators Alliance purpose is to guide, influence, develop and elevate the administrative profession. The WA-Alliance replaces the former informal body the WA-Summit Advisory Council.

The Global Skills Matrix
The Global Skills Matrix is a globally recognised framework for administrators and HR teams that, irrespective of country, makes it possible to identify levels of work for a given role and career progression opportunities to realise the potential to an organisation of an effective administrator.
It's a game changer for an industry that is currently seen by many as ‘just a job’ and not the valuable profession that it is. It is the first global guideline that has been produced with direct and quantifiable input from the people who are at the sharp end of the profession, the administrative professionals themselves. There has never been a more important time for organisations to utilise their administrators to their full potential.

The World-Administrators’ Summit
The World-Administrators’ Summit is a two-day working session in May each year.
AIOP (Australia) are Delegates and an Observer at the two half days (4 hours per day). This was a chance to participate in shaping our profession throughout the world and for the future. Input-on discussion topics, views through surveys and online engagement enabled discussion to take place meaningfully.
Helen Monument, Interim Chair, World Administrators Alliance thanked delegates and observers for their participation in an email dated 28 May 2021. Helen said “the feedback we have received from the survey was very positive and we will be sharing it in our next Newsletter”.
