Danielle Dobson is an experienced coach, leader, facilitator, speaker and author who uses her warmth, passion and knowledge to connect with her clients, spark curiosity, and make sense of complex and challenging problems, both in the workplace and in the home. She does this by finding better ways and sharing them.

Professionally raised in the world of finance, a qualified CPA, Danielle built her skills and strengths in male-led work environments, holding HQ finance leadership roles for global companies in Australia, the UK, the US. She also got her hands dirty on a steel mill in Italy.

Her groundbreaking insights come from her lived experiences, neuroscience and coaching more than 100 high performing leaders. She has achieved media recognition with her acclaimed book, "Breaking the Gender Code".
