AIOP has for many years unofficially mentored its members.  From the 1 February 2024, AIOP embarks on an official Mentoring Program with a close-off date of 31 March 2024, Q1 to process the nominations.

Nominations will reopen for Q2 during mid-April 2024. Watch out for the date!  

Mentoring is a about building a business relationship between two people with the goal of professional and personal development.  Its personal development with a more experienced person who helps to guide a less experienced person.  

The "mentor" is usually an experienced individual who shares knowledge, experience, and advice with a less experienced person, or "mentee."

Have you been a mentor or a mentee? If so, JOIN the program by completing the official paperwork. 

The following Mentoring forms are to be completed to join the program:

• Mentoring Agreement
• Application to become a Mentor 
• Application to become a Mentee
