The National President, Rachel Hall FAIOP, along with the Board of the Australian Institute of Office Professionals, cordially invites Members to attend the 63rd Annual General Meeting of the organisation on Tuesday 20 October 2026.

This event provides an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the past year and hear of decisions that will shape the future of our organisation.

The AGM notice of Meeting and Agenda will be emailed on the 28 September 2026 and also with the Zoom details on Monday 19 October 2026.  

If you are unable to attend, you can send a Proxy who must be a current member or you may appoint the Chair of the meeting. Please complete this Proxy Form by Sunday 18 October 2026 at 5:00pm AEDT. Please email nationalpres@aiop.com.au with the Subject: AGM 2026 Proxy if you have any issues.
