Overcoming imposter Syndrome

About the Speaker, Ros Cardinal

Rosalind Cardinal is the Managing Director of Shaping Change, a consultancy specialising in improving business outcomes by developing individuals, teams and organisations.

Ros is a results-oriented leadership coach, whose energetic and proactive approach, combined with over 30 years’ experience, means she can assist with leadership development, organisational culture, team building, change and transition management, emotional intelligence, organisational behaviour, employee engagement, strategic direction and management.

Overview of Presentation:

When you don't have confidence at work, you end up in a pit of self-doubt, feeling like a failure. You struggle to balance work and family... manage your team remotely... you feel like you are dragged in all different directions, and getting it ALL wrong. Ros Cardinal has made it her life’s work to enable women in leadership to speak, to be influential, to be respected, empowered, and confident. Because where women’s voices are at the decision-making table, the world is better for it. But so many women are holding back, being quieted, being a presence at the leadership table, but not a voice.

This 30-minute webinar will see Ros sharing her tips on overcoming imposter syndrome, silencing your inner critic, building your confidence, respect, and influence... While NOT having to join the boys’ club and sacrifice your family or your life. The webinar will be just as useful for men in this situation! We hope you can make it.
