With technological advancements both job seekers and employers find themselves navigating uncharted waters. To successfully navigate this landscape, it's crucial to not only possess the right skills and qualifications but also to understand the tools and systems that influence the recruitment process.

One such system that has profoundly reshaped how employers discover and evaluate talent is the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Melyssa Cumming, Manager WA, Drake International will briefly explain this system.

In this session presenter Catherine Middleton FAIOP will delve into the intricacies of today's job market and explore how you can stand out as a job seeker. Co-hosted by Dante St James FAIOP, (Central Division) NT Division Representative.
