About the Presenter

Phil Preston is a purpose strategist who helps leaders, teams and organisations drive bottom line outcomes.   

He led high-performance teams in his corporate career before setting up his own business to analyse and apply purpose-driven approaches and has since helped hundreds of clients across all sectors take on their greatest challenges.

He’s authored Connecting Profit with Purpose, case studies and was quoted in the recent AFR report on purpose in business.
