The Australian Institute of Office Professionals (AIOP) is delighted to announce the AIOP Administrative Award of Excellence 2025 in collaboration with The Career Academy. This prestigious award celebrates the outstanding achievements of office professionals who demonstrate excellence, leadership, and commitment to their profession.

As the only national professional body for office professionals in Australia, AIOP recognises the vital role that office professionals play in driving organisational success. The 2025 award seeks to acknowledge individuals who go above and beyond in their roles, displaying exceptional skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for continuous learning.

In partnering with The Career Academy, AIOP aims to highlight the importance of professional development and education for office professionals. 

We encourage all office professionals; our members and the broader administrative community to nominate deserving candidates or self-nominate and celebrate their contributions to the profession on Office Professionals Day 2025. Join us in recognising the excellence and dedication that office professionals bring to workplaces across Australia.

The Award 2025 Winners will be announced on Office Professionals Day, Friday 2 May 2025.  Venues to be announced. 

About the Career Academy

The Career Academy is an internationally recognised online education provider in Australia and New Zealand who partners with industry to deliver the latest and most up to date content. They help change the lives of over 20,000 students every year. 

Nomination categories 

The categories are the Office Professional (over 10 years office experience) and Aspiring Office Professional (up to 10 years office experience).

The successful candidates are either an executive assistant, administrative assistant, account manager, receptionist, customer service representative, executive support, or administrative support professionals or any titles under the role of the 'Office Professional' and 'Aspiring Office Professional'.

Important Dates 

• Nominations opened 1 November 2024.
• Nominations close 1 March 2025 at 5pm (AWT) by Online Nomination Form.
• Panel Interviews – Saturday 12 April 2025.
• Winners announced on Office Professionals Day, Friday 2 May 2025.
