As administrative professionals, we are often seen as the custodians of our organisation’s culture and, in many cases, equity, inclusion and diversity. But how often do we stop to consider the influence we individually hold?

Taking place on Employee Appreciation Day, we'll look beyond recognition alone and consider what it truly means to create workplaces where people feel seen each day.

In this engaging panel event, we'll hear from administrative professionals, inclusion advocates, and DE&I leaders as they explore the powerful role office professionals play in fostering a sense of belonging within workplaces.

Our speakers will share real-world examples of inclusive practices that have made a difference, highlight how administrative professionals can influence culture from the ground up, and offer practical, achievable ideas you can apply in your day-to-day role. Together, we’ll reflect on how small, considered actions can help foster workplaces where people feel safe, respected, and able to bring their whole selves to work.

Date: Monday 2 March 2026 (Employee Appreciation Day)

Time: 12.00PM AEDT

Format: 45-minute webinar + 15-minute live Q&A

Ticket Prices:

  • Members - No charge
  • Non-members - $15.00 per person
