Guest Speaker - Daniel Murray, Author of The Empathy Gap

We are honoured to welcome Daniel Murray, a respected leadership strategist and the author of the acclaimed book The Empathy Gap. Daniel is known for helping leaders and teams harness the power of empathy to strengthen relationships, improve decision‑making, and build more connected, high‑performing workplaces.

With a background spanning mathematics, strategy, and behavioural science, Daniel brings a rare blend of analytical insight and human‑centred thinking. His work challenges traditional leadership models by demonstrating that empathy is not a soft skill, it is a strategic advantage.

For Office Professionals, who often serve as the emotional anchors and trusted advisors within their organisations, Daniel’s message resonates deeply. His insights empower our profession to recognise the influence we hold, the relationships we nurture and the leadership we demonstrate every day.
Daniel's book The Empathy Gap will be available to purchase on the day.
